![]() ![]() Fans eager to play Diablo IV's beta will have to overcome some lengthy queue times. Many players on Reddit have reported having the game crash or being disconnected mid-session, causing them to be kicked back to the back of the queue. Players aren't particularly happy about the situation, with some on Twitter noting that paying for the privilege of the early access beta, only for it to not be working as intended, is disappointing. ![]() The official Diablo IV Twitter account states that the beta may include bugs and issues, but that the team will "evaluate all feedback we've received and will make changes as needed." Blizzard CS - The Americas March 17, 2023īlizzard customer service additionally confirmed that an issue is affecting the developer's authentication servers, which is resulting in failed or slow login attempts for some players who do manage to make it through the queues. So please quit your complaining about harrasment as this fsr from it.We're currently investigating an issue affecting our authentication servers, which may result in failed or slow login attempts. Yet the reality is, is that it's here to stay. It is a matchmaking issue sure, because yeah it isn't fun to join a match that is almost finished or enter a losing side. So how in the world is this a customer service issue? ![]() Non subs get access to the entire game for free like the whole 1-50 experience. Why are you always waiting so long in queue? Do you play at weird off-times for your server's time-zone? There's nothing the game/dev-team can do about that, mate, sorry. Cross-realm functionality would go a long way towards helping this, but that horse is long since dead. You get one medal for a backfill automatically, and at least a few comms/creds, soooo.yeah, make the most of it, and re-queue. The queue/backfill/timing issue goes far beyond who gets what privileges, and how often they can use them. How is BW "perfectly OK with harassment," exactly?įrom all that I've seen, they are very much not OK with that, they just require tangible proof, and/or proof of intent, which isn't always so easy to get. I assure you, subs get just as ignored as freeps/freemies. I'm also considerate enough to speak for the ignored non-subs in this game. By the way, your statement seems to co-inside with BW's policy that harassment is perfectly okay, as long as the victim isn't a subscriber.Īnd as a paying subscriber, I don't like to wait and wait wait and wait wait and wait wait and wait for a warzone queue just to finally have it pop, then wait and wait wait and wait wait and wait wait and wait wait and wait for the thing to finally load, just to see Defeat!, then wait and wait wait and wait wait and wait wait and wait wait and wait wait and wait wait and wait for wherever it is I was to finally reload. Thus, it can't be counted for or against them in any way. If a player never leaves that small zone, they couldn't have participated in the warzone. I think that can be attained by programming an buffer zone into the spawn-in location. Or, to relive those who have limited warzones per week, don't count such warzones against their weekly limit. Perhaps there can be some way the system can tell that a warzone is 90% complete, and close it to new recipients. Is it fair that you get all that wasted time to get thrown into a warzone that's 99.6% lost? Apparently, someone quit and opened a slot which you were thrown into at the last second. the defeated endgame scoreboard.īoom, a whole warzone queue for nothing. Queue for warzone, wait unspecified amount of time, finally get a popup, accept it, watch the loading bar, (Optional: watch the splash screen), then you finally load up the warzone to see. ![]() This is especially annoying for those who have a weekly cap on warzone participation. ![]()
